This app hasn’t worked in about a month

New app refresh was much needed but I would argue the new one is worse. Very hard to navigate and locate drinks since they seperate them in several different categories. Adding drink for mobile order is confusing to complete in the check out process. Multiple times I placed an order but the app didn’t go thru with submitting to the shop. App needs revamp and minimized for efficiency

Drinks need descriptions, gift cards should be allowed as a payment source, and every couple weeks it logs the user out and you have to login again. There have also been multiple instances in which my card was charged 2-3x and I have to call for a refund.

Really great coffee, but…
 App lets you order coffee even when the store isn’t really open so you can buy coffee that you can’t pick up. 
Also I’ve only been twice at open, but neither time did they open. Waited about 20 min and left.

The base of the app works, but combining payment methods, ie. gift card & Apple Pay, does not work. Get an error message every time.
