تجربتي مع فرع حي الربيع سيء جداً بشكل يومي لا يتوافر سندوش شدر وجزبت الطلب من التطبيق وبعد الدفع والذهاب للفرع تكون السندوش غير متوفرة أيضاً وهذا مضيعة للوقت ويجعل التطبيق غير مفيد

‏هذا المقهى قديم و عريق في الرياض كان متميز في الجودة 
لكن مؤخرا صار هناك بعض الملاحظات مثل تعامل بعض الموظفين 
و كذلك عدم توفر بعض الطلبات 
إضافة إلى عدم نظافة في بعض الفروع
أتمنى من الإدارة الاعتناء بالجودة تقديرا لعملائهم القدامى

I am giving the two stars to the application and the idea itself 
Simple ordering and registration and paying.

But i wanted to try it myself before giving the stars.

I have one question, How on earth will the waiter recognize me after i order?
How will he know that it’s my order?
I ordered a dine in, the food was right in front of me for 20 minutes simply because the guy who designed this didn’t come to the restaurant to test it by himself.

In any java time branch when u order u come out of the cashier with two things a receipt and a red number representing your order. Any regular customer would know that.

If you want me to order through an app and you are urging the cashier to offer me extra things to use, I suggest you to do couple of things:

1- add an extra sentence to your app at the checkout : please step forward to the reception to receive your order after a reasonable amount of time (not 40min. For god’s sake)

2- just add a screen for the online orders 

3- let the baristas shout the online order number like starbucks or tim hortons

Your ruined a great app just by not taking the user journey by yourself
