Kao uvijek, drzavne aplikacije rade skoro pa nikako, najgori su uvijek….nemozes kupiti kartu za tramvaj sa bankovnu karticu, ne radi funkcija, a zar nije to point cijele aplikacije??

Može li mi neko objasniti kako radi ova aplikacija? Kupim kartu na aplikaciji, skeniram QR kod na aparatu u tramvaju, ali u aplikaciji ne vidim nikakvu promjenu niti potvrdu da sam zapravo poništio kartu. Vozači tramvaja takodjer ne znaju kako funkcioniše i ne mogu pomoći. Strah me koristiti aplikaciju ako ću dobiti kaznu za neispravnu kartu samo zato jer je aplikacija konfuzna i niko ne zna kako radi.

Great idea,you should put more work in to it to make it work. I was not able to renew my card,my rides are not registering,schedule is not correct and so on…Fix it ,SFF is coming

Veoma loše, ali ne iznenađuje me, standardno kod nas. Pogledajte ciriški ZVV ili njemački DB Navigator pa uporedite. 

Da budem konkretniji, korisničko iskustvo jako loše. Informacije nisu lijepo prikazane i komunicirane korisniku. Ako već imate vremena vožnji, stavite za koliko minuta/sati je sljedeća vožnja i slično.
