If I want to view my Jawa Camera in a landscape mode, I have to lock my iPad Pro 12.9 in Portrait mode, then rotate my iPad, then launch Jawa and hit the expand arrows and the. It will display properly (of course all other apps are now locked in portrait and display sideways!). JAWA is the only app that does this weird behavior, please fix, it has been like this over a year or more and drives me bats!!! ### 2/5 — Network exception *2024-02-18, version 3.3.5* This happened before. Many days like today it will not open because of a network common their part! Find a better company not worth the stress. The motion sensor already waited a few seconds to go off. Takes a while to load and now have to wait for ads. I’ve had this camera for 2 years and the description on Amazon states no alarm service needed. Now it’s requiring a monthly service to use. In addition, the camera goes offline frequently and I just reset it daily. This never used to happen. After your last couple of updates there is no notifications of a motion alert. Also a lot of options are suddenly missing. Tried everything network/notification/permissions-wise on my side so I’m certain the issue is on JAWA’s side. Maybe you guys should roll back your last couple of updates as at least the app was functional back then. Also the broken English throughout the app makes me question how secure anything saved on your servers are. Hopefully the Chinese government doesn’t need a view of my front door. I understand the language barrier but not putting in the effort to properly translate in a concise way feels akin to an extended warranty call. I’ve put two SD cards in it and they both tell me there’s no SD card in it even though I formatted them. In order to use my camera with it.
