## What is Jawhara HRMS?

Jawhara HRMS is the official employee app for group of companies. With offices across many locations, every employee can mark attendance, apply for leave, view payslips, carry a digital ID card, and raise reimbursements on the go.

ATTENDANCE
• Punch in and out with face verification in about two seconds
• Location-verified punches against your work site
• See your shift, take breaks and review your monthly attendance history
• Request a manual punch if you forgot to clock in or out
• Punches recorded offline sync automatically when you're back online

LEAVE & REQUESTS
• Live balance for every leave type
• Apply for leave with supporting documents and track approval status
• Work-from-home, on-duty, overtime and resignation requests

PAY & CLAIMS
• View your monthly payslips
• Submit reimbursement claims with receipts

YOUR PROFILE
• Digital employee ID with QR verification
• KYC and personal documents in one place, with verification status
• Daily work reports, assigned assets and compliance documents
• Unlock the app with your fingerprint or Face ID

WORKPLACE
• Approvals for managers
• Send birthday and work-anniversary wishes to colleagues
• File a confidential complaint with the POSH Internal Committee, anonymously if you choose
• Notifications for approvals, payslips and announcements

PRIVACY & LOCATION
• Your data is used only to provide your HR services. It is never sold or shared with third parties, and the app has no ads and no tracking.
• Your location is captured when you punch in or out, to verify attendance.
• Background location tracking applies ONLY to employees whom HR has set up as outside / field-duty staff. It starts when you punch in and stops when you punch out. You are shown a notice before it starts, and an indicator stays visible the whole time it runs. Office staff are never tracked in the background.
• Face matching runs on your device.
• You can request deletion of your account at any time from Profile → Delete account.

Sign-in requires a Jawhara employee account.
