We haven’t been able to log in to our system for months. Login doesn't work, you can't reset your password but they certainly continue to collect their subscription payment and since we can't log in we can't unsubscribe. We've tried to contact support but never get a response. A lot of money wasted on what used to be a great thing. ### 1/5 — Save your money *2024-11-06* This is a terrible brand terrible warranty and terrible product the only thing they did right was the idea these things stopped working app won’t even allow me to sign in now and no help from company or refund. I’m sure this company is already bankrupt or on the way ### 1/5 — Online services are gone *2024-10-23* For over two months I have not been able to login on the app. Server not found address not found server timed out every time. What a waste of money and I can’t even get a refund. Looks like the backend system is no longer in place… maybe JAXJOX haven’t been paying their AWS bills? Even when you try to be smart and login in with the Apple ID. It states server busy. Website hopeless. Support haven’t responded at all.
