I got my first Jaybirds in 2016. I got around to downloading the app in 2019. Everything was seamless until about 12 to 15 months ago. The app would crash every now and again. Now it crashes before it has a chance to fully open. I don’t understand how it continues to be available as-is.

Crash on boot. No update anymore ? As all settings are in app your Jaybird product will not be configurable at all.
