Начнем по порядку, что понравилось: 1. Бассейн ( комфортная температура воды). 2. Море ( чистая прозрачная вода, в меру комфортная температура). 3. Питание шикарное ( не буду перечислять виды блюд) все понравилось, по началу было обслуживание не очень, пообщались со старшим они сразу исправились. 4. Уборка хорошая. 5. Ехать на автобусе 2.5 часов, нормально. 6. Анимация хорошая. 7. Вечера украшали концертная программа, хорошо. 8. Напитки в ресторанах понравились ( есть с чем сравнить). Огромный минус это мухи на летних верандах (ресторанах) прямо покое от не было, тут вопрос скорее не к отелю, а к времени отдыху. В номере было всегда было идеально чисто и уютно. Очень приятно было возвращаться в такой акуратный и свежий номер. Хочется отметить дружную команду аниматоров. Особенно Катю, Анну и Мафальду. Очень дружелюбное отношение, всегда улыбчивые и заводные. Нашим детям они стали настоящими друзьями. А я с удовольствием занималась йогой и аквааэробикой. Спасибо им и за их зажигательное шоу с латиноамериканской музыкой! Улыбчивый, вежливый персонал , огромное спасибо Хабибу нас встретил, чемоданы и сумки доставил в номер, все объяснил и показал! Замечательное расположение отел прямо на берегу Индийского океана, на территории отеля есть все для приятного времяпрепровождения (сауна, спорт зал, бассейн, теннисный корт, ресторанчики). Кстати, замечательная кухня, шеф-повара профессионалы! Каждый вечер была разнообразная кухня разных стран (Франция, Италия, Индия… и.т.д) все безумно вкусно, просто фантастика! Замечательный отель! Нам все понравилось, единственные мелочи это на ресепшене , долго не могли найти сдачу, задержали нас перед отъездом (но это мелочи) все прекрасно, замечательный персонал! Viele Mitarbeiter erkannten uns von unseren letzten Urlauben und begrüßten uns wie gute Freunde. Wunschgemäß bekamen wir wieder unser vertrautes Zimmer. Nach kurzer Anfrage war auch die Steckdosenleiste für unsere diversen Geräte parat. Nach dem Frühstück konnten wir uns aus vielen freien Liegen am Strand die uns passenden im Schatten auswählen und wurden damit von dem sehr aufmerksamen Gluos Uddin unterstützt. Die Liegen und Auflagen sind alle in gutem Zustand. Der Hotelstrand sowie die anschließenden öffentlichen Strände sind sehr sauber. Am Strand wurden wir von den Servicekräften des Baharia Grills mit Getränken versorgt. Zum Abendessen waren wir abwechslungsweise im Cucina, wo uns Edgar wieder herzlich empfing und wir von Ayu und Sarang aufmerksam bedient wurden. Die Gerichte schmeckten uns alle sehr gut. Wir waren auch mehrmals im Sansasia und haben die kompetente und herzliche Art von Christina und Sarah geliebt. Die von uns gewählten asiatischen Gerichte waren alle sehr lecker. Im Spa haben wir uns vier Massagen und Hamam gegönnt und wurden dabei von Isabell und Julina verwöhnt.
