Slow and poor performance The app is noticeably slow when browsing or navigating between pages, making even simple tasks frustrating and time-consuming. 2. Check-in issues Every time I try to check in, the app asks me to do so but always throws an error. For an airline app, this is unacceptable since check-in is a basic function. 3. Distracting ads and offers The app is overloaded with promotional ads and special offers, which distract from its main purpose: managing bookings and flights. 4. Annoying notifications (main reason I deleted it) The biggest issue is the excessive number of promotional notifications. It’s unreasonable for an airline app to push hundreds of ads in such a short period, as if passengers book and travel every week. During my vacation with Jazeera, I received endless notifications, turning the app from a helpful tool into a constant source of annoyance. The worst part is that I couldn’t turn off these notifications because I needed to stay updated in case there were changes to my upcoming flight. This type of aggressive marketing completely destroyed my trust in the brand, turning Jazeera from a respected airline into a frustrating experience and, honestly, a nightmare. Rather you can checkin online without selecting a prefered seat. And if they do require you to select a seat, there are usually free seats that you should be able to chose from. Jazeera on the other hand, requires you to select a seat and pay for it. What’s the point of having this online checkin option then ? The terminal is so tight and crowded, the lounge is like a class room with bad smell. ### 1/5 — التطبيق يطلب مني ادفع للمقعد وانا اصلا دافع awful app and a company *2025-12-10* طيران الجزيرة شركة فاشلة من جميع النواحي. التطبيق ينهار باستمرار، مليء بالأخطاء، وواجهته رخيصة ومبتذلة لدرجة أن أي محل حلويات صغير يقدر يسوي تطبيق أفضل منه. الانتقالات داخل التطبيق سيئة وغير احترافية وتعكس رخص الشركة بالكامل. إنهاء إجراءات السفر أونلاين كارثة. جربت مرات كثيرة وكل مرة يتعطل أو يوقفني بنص العملية أو يطلب مني أدفع مرة ثانية رغم إني دافع للمقعد. والموقع نفس المستوى من السوء وعدم الاستقرار. مركز الاتصال أسوأ. الموظفين ما يفهمون شي ويكررون كلام محفوظ، وأحدهم قال إن الأونلاين تشيك إن عليه رسوم وهو كلام غلط. وبالنهاية يعترفون إن عندهم مشاكل بالنظام. مع إنّي مشترك في Jazeera Savers، إلا أن الخدمة سيئة والأنظمة معطلة وما في أي مسؤولية. أنصح أي أحد يسافر بالسيارة أحسن من التعامل مع طيران الجزيرة. Jazeera Airways is a failure from every angle. The app constantly crashes, bugs out, and looks so cheap and tacky that even a small cookie shop could build a better one. The interface and transitions are awful and completely unprofessional. Online check-in is a disaster. I’ve tried many times and it keeps failing, stopping halfway, or asking me to pay again even though I already paid for my seat. The website is just as unstable and useless. Their call center is even worse. The staff don’t understand anything, repeat scripted lines, and one of them claimed online check-in has fees, which is false. In the end they admit they have system issues. Even though I’m a Jazeera Savers subscriber, the service is terrible, the systems are broken, and there’s zero accountability.
