Only a buck. *2015-07-22, version 2.03* A must have editor for only $.99 ### 4/5 — Thanks for the update! *2013-11-21, version 2.0* Looks great. I've encountered one problem though. The toggles on the filter selection screen are IMPOSSIBLE to hit. It took me constantly tapping to turn one off. Can you make them bigger or toggle if you press on the filter name? ### 3/5 — Honestly? *2013-07-05, version 1.3.2* It crashes immediately after opening 2 or 3 times before finally staying open. I like the control it gives me in the editing process. It didn't keep my interest very well. It also crashes sporadically which always blows with any app. Mostly, it just isn't very impressive, or memorable in any way. ### 3/5 — CRASH *2013-06-29, version 1.3.2* wonderful specific editing tools, but I was in the middle of a truly awesome picture and it crashed!!! Its the go-to app if im feeling lazy but still want to enhance a pic lol..the randomization turns out very unique results that would otherwise take an hour or more to do manually. I would like a higher quality preview image while editing. It needs a better interface for landscape editing. I love the control it gives me over exposure, wb, and other things I usually use Lightroom and photoshop for. Lr and ps do them better, but for the price, Jazz does its job well. (And as a person who loves jazz, I have to say I dig the use of the word "jazz" since the automatic photos are "improvised". I see what they did there.) :D ### 3/5 — New Light Leakage Filter not as cool! *2012-12-19, version 1.3* I love this app but I'm really bummed about the new light leakage filter... Although it has some new optional types of leakage, it removed the ability to choose the color of the main leakage effect, which was one of my favorite filters.... Now I can no longer do what I used to do and that is WRONG...Fix this please! ### 5/5 — Excellent iPhoneography App *2012-12-19, version 1.3* I almost never use just one app when editing an image. But, I do have my favorites. And, Jazz is on my short list of my best iPhoneography tools. Lately I've been using it in most of my creations. BUG IN V1.3??? In the latest update (v1.3), when I click the share button it automatically opens Twitter. But, I just want to save to my photo album. So, I have to close Twitter every time I want to save a version of my image. ### 5/5 — Greatest Photo App *2012-11-26, version 1.2* I buy just about every photo app out there, and delete lots of them. I use this one the most, it's great! Lots of fun adjusting just about every aspect of a photo. Not to mention I can’t save my photos after I edit them. It won’t let me save them to my Photos. Time and time again I see this nonsense, where the developer upgrades the app and in doing so just ruins a great thing. I don't like those crazy light leaks. There's a loading screen where there wasn't one before. I mean really why the EF do you do it. Ill give it a shot to see if it grows on me. By prior experience I didn't want to upgrade this app(I accidentally did). But most probably it'll disappear from my app list by weeks end. Newbie will like this app cause they have nothing to compare it to. But if your a long time user beware your up craps creek .. ### 1/5 — Crashes probably 9 times out of 10 *2012-09-25, version 1.1.1* I've given this app a good try- very frustrating to work on an image and then have the thing crash while saving. It crashes so much it's unbelievable. After working on an image over the course of an evening, I was only able to get it to save ONE time. Sometimes it crashed while adjusting focus. Sometimes it crashed while using the color sliders. Sometimes it crashed upon launch. Sometimes it crashed while saving an image. I feel like I wasted a ton of time just to get a single image out of this. Needles to say, I'm not that "jazzed" about it. Oh yeah- it also crashes when opening photos. Doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to that. It's random and irritating. ### 2/5 — Screen orientation won't stay *2017-11-01, version 2.03* I'm sure this has to be a good app based on others' reviews, but not working for me. Even after deleting and reinstalling app, the screen orientation is messed up. ### 3/5 — Can’t save edited photos in a longer *2019-10-01, version 2.03* Used to use this program all the time. I have just begun using it and already sense its potential. The developer was very quick to respond regarding rotation bug. It will be fixed with next update. The app starts with a page of random effects; you can pick one you like and/or edit from there. Highly recommend Jazz! ### 5/5 — One Of The Best Photography Apps In The App Store *2015-07-20, version 2.03* The people who rave about this app are like a "Who's Who" of photographers -- including Scott Kelby and Chase Jarvis. The concept is unique and original, and for the money, you get a LOT of bang for your buck. Unfortunately, the Developer has left his faithful fans hanging in limbo since last October when he promised that version 3.0 would be arriving "soon" -- and that was 9 months ago. That's a long time to be waiting in eager anticipation of an update. We wish this Developer the best, and hope that all is well with him and his family. Hopefully the delay is not due to anything serious. But based on both the original version, and the 2.0 update, I'm sure version 3.0 will end up being worth the wait. Yet overall Jazz is still the best ipad photo app on the market. My last exhibition in NYC was eventually 50% jazz effects.
