## What is JBF Workspace?

The official Jack Brewer Foundation app — one place for staff to run day-to-day operations and for the community to connect with JBF's relief programs.
STAFF WORKSPACE
• Timekeeping — clock in/out and track work hours
• Vehicle inspections, repair requests, and facility inventory
• Pickup & Drop scheduling with live trip tracking
• Store Donations — manage donation receipts, schedule pickups, and coordinate driver requests
• Reimbursement requests and expense tracking
• Time-off requests and approvals
• Event management and staff reports
• Scan Document tools for fast digitization
• In-app issue reporting with quick-report shortcuts
• Digital staff ID card and QR-based verification
STAY CONNECTED
• Secure in-app chat — 1:1 and group messaging between staff and community members
• Voice and video calling built right into the app
• Multi-party conference calling for staff, with call invites and recording
• Real-time push notifications so nothing gets missed
PRIVACY & SECURITY
Sensitive data is encrypted and securely stored, with optional biometric app-lock to protect staff accounts.

• Drag the floating Report button anywhere on screen
• Resize it from Settings → Layout
• Jump straight to "My Reports" to check a submission's status
• Fixed a rare glitch where closing the report sheet could interrupt the screenshot attachment
