The app continues to not allow me to login and customer service has not resolved the issue after multiple attempts.

This app will not work. I moved into a JBG apartment months ago and whenever I try to create an account it says “service error”. What’s the issue with it? Can this be fixed?

This app erased my walkthrough information when the due date changed and then when I filled it out a second time again was unable to submit my walkthrough. It just takes me back to the home page. This is incredibly frustrating.

Recently the app updated to a new interface. With this new update, I am constantly signed out of the app, which results in me missing important, time-sensitive notifications. Additionally, the app no longer recognizes my username and password. And then, when I try to reset my password, I can’t even finish the process because the app is broken. It will say “Password not recognized. Please press reset password below” when I’m already in the reset password process screen…

Very upsetting.
