Meanwhile, JBG recently updated its “privacy policy” to give the company sweeping rights over the what it can do with that data. It doesn't matter if it's sent via text or email. I can’t even forget my password and change it, because it always says my new passwords don’t match, when I have MADE SURE they did. And then, when I try to reset my password, I can’t even finish the process because the app is broken. It will say “Password not recognized. Sign in with phone number? Not recognized. Try signing in with email? Not recognized. Try signing in with phone again? This time it recognizes the number and sends me a code. Great. Then it asks for the password. Which I never set up. Sign in with secure cafe password. Not recognized. Click “forget password.” Tells me to enter a new password. I do. Then I retype. Tells me passwords don’t match. But they do. You’ll know you’ve hit a button when a grey shaded box appears.
