The JC Rate button does not work. Cannot log in and get connected. Have to go through the website that connects you back to the App. Why can’t you crest an App that works? Is it really that hard to find a programmer who knows what she/he is doing? And monitor it so you can fix it when it does not work. Like RIGHT NOW!

Poorly communicated email sent to me that doesn’t identify the sender as JC Golf. Could have been sent to the trash. When I get updated version it no longer lists 4 reservations I already made under the older version of the app. Yuck!

Useless buttons, disconnected logins, sluggish response, generally bad user interface. Updates are supposed to improve apps, not make them worse. If there was a “hateful app” rating this one is a 12 out of 10.

The IDme login literally logs you out after just a few minutes (once logged in you should stay logged in) and the new teetime function doesn’t autorefresh every minute like it used to. What was a mediocre app to begin with is now barely functional.
They just released an update and now the Notify Me function is broken. Bravo guys, worst app on my phone hands down which is to be expected from an organization that shuts down its driving range 90 minutes before sunset. What a joke.

The worst thing before this update was having to login on some courses but not others. Now some courses default back to the standard web page where you have to click through again to enter booking engine but the rendering overlaps and won’t let you proceed. It just takes you to an infinite loop. How bad can you be to break something that’s just needs to hold onto cookies and point to the actual booking engine and not a web page to get to a different booking engine that’s broken?

This app is barely functional when it does refresh and/or not crash. You should screenshot the rates at which you are booking because that is the only time you will ever see green fee.

The app is completely useless. Doesn’t show existing reservations and also have to either call course or figure out kludgy website. Email confirmations are also useless to modify. I guess you can try and plan a visit on this rag but pretty disappointing for course management company
