Is not working asking user ID I don’t even know if I have one and I use the one I have for JCC and isn’t working. Why in Cyprus you make them so difficult.

After entering my account ID it tells me no user of that name exists yet I can go straight to the JCC website and put in the same ID and it works fine so that’s what I do now and the app is useless to me
