Being an unlawful monopoly for a whole country they couldn’t even develop an app. This is just a webview with their rubbish website inside

Not so smart app. I have enabled the biometric login. Naturally this will allow me to use the app without further login. Still I have to enter my credentials. 

I hope the developer reads this and yes it’s very very inconvenient app.

Absolutely feels like a shortcut to the jccsmart website and nothing more.
Just develop a proper app.
PIN and FaceID are pointless as user as are always asked to login again.
No shortcut to favorites from the menu.
Sluggish navigation in general.
One payment I tried didn't work.

Why not to add APPLE PAY and GOOGLE PAY options? Every time need to provide the card details. The lack of competition will not last forever. You need to correspond to the realities of the time!

It’s necessary to verify the account via email and SMS in order to use the service. SMS verification code has never arrived after many urges. Zero usability.

What a stupid app! It uses Face id and … you have to enter your user id and password every time you want to use this app! Why on earth you have Face id there?!

Despite enabling face id its still needing email and password….. otherwise it’s not too bad . It’s a shame such a big company like JCC doesn’t have a fully functioning app .
