This is the worse app I have ever had to deal with. I put in all the right credentials and continue to have log-in issues. I even called JCFCU on several occasions and they can’t seem to reset or even know what the issue is.  They need to get someone who knows that their doing. I simply won’t ...or should I say can’t use the app.  HORRIBLE!!  People don’t bother...it’s a BIG WASTE OF TIME!! JCFCU should be embarrassed.

No matter how many times I use this app, it says I am entering wrong username. I use face ID and it says I am using wrong username????
It is so frustrating. One star is one to many!!

On iPhone 6S, IOS 9.0.1, unable to accept terms when first logging in. No active link or button to accept.

This was a great option since I only deposited money. It kept me aware of my savings. Now it will not show me my acct info. It's been giving me an error for over a month. What changed? I even erased app and reloaded. Still same error?! Help!!!
