読み込みは遅いし、確認したい時に確認は出来ないし
録画されているのに何度も再生押してもエラーになる。
サムネイル表示を設定しているのに表示されない。
早急な改善をお願いします。

防犯カメラでメイン機にインストール後、サブ機にインストールしたら、メイン機の動体感知に設定保存ができず、「カメラに接続できません。ホーム画面からやり直してください」と出ます。また動体感知のファイルも再生されない事象が起きています。サブ機では正常です。
またメイン機でもカメラ自体は見ることができます。
早期改善を求めます。

どこがスマートなのか全く分からないくらいには手間が増えた。

鍵でしか使ってないのです。 なぜかSuicaでの登録ができなかった。後ほど自分で調べて試したら登録できました。営業は技術者に聞いてって言ってたけど、技術者の人もアプリ含めあまりわかっておらず…。 私はスマホで開け閉めしていますが、FeliCa対応としてたのに、iPhoneも登録できず…（Androidだけなの？）どちらにしても、他のスマートロックはApple Watchと同期できるのにな。Apple Watchでは開け閉めだけでも出来る様にしてほしい。 これからだと思うので、よろしくお願いします。

Google Homeと連動させてホームIT化。
聞こえは良いけど、凄く中途半端。

照明：ON(全灯)とOFF(消灯)しかできない。調光･調色が当たり前の世の中なのに。常夜灯すら非対応とか、こんなお粗末じゃ全く使えない。

エアコン：冷暖選択と温度が使えるので、まぁまぁ使える。と思って使ってみると、風量が調整できない。やはり使えない。

テレビ：リモコン機能は良いんだが、J:COM BOX経由っていうのがセンス無い。しかも指示の仕方にクセありすぎ。

使う頻度の高い順に、使えない度が高い。
本当に中途半端です。

結局のところGoogle Homeはタイマーとスピーカーにしか使っていない。
