App doesnt work half the time: you cant open pictures to see the full thing, either doesnt load or doesnt log in or it stays on a blue screen. absolutely horrible experience since the beginning

SLOW, freezing, randomly logs you out, cannot tolerate longer messaging which sometimes is necessary, many times it does not open at all, fails to notify if a message is sent which may be time sensitive and since teachers cannot message direct this is a massive fail for this app. It’s a sad day when email is more effective than “modern” tech.

The concept behind the Trillshare app is solid, but the execution is frustrating. It logged us out, and when we log back in, it claims we have no students assigned, only to automatically send us back to the login screen. This issue wasn’t present last week, and it makes the app counterproductive for parents. We never experienced these problems with the previous communication methods used by the teachers. The functionality needs significant improvement before it can be considered an acceptable primary point of contact with teachers and staff. This is week 2 of school, JCPS has to do better!

Logging in to this app is a painful chore. Every time the app is closed and re-opened, you have to login again. Many times, login attempts fail with a generic error. It randomly freezes when viewing Rooms messages and attachments, which requires closing and opening the app which then requires ANOTHER login that may or may not work.

For an essential communication app between parents and teachers, this is horrible.
