The most irritating this is the “captcha” pops up more than once, even after you’re logged in. Secure??? A continuing problem with this “new” app….when I use my phone to access the bank, the 2-step verification code is sent to the same phone I’m using to log in. If my phone was stolen the thief will get my verification code on the phone they stole. I don’t know what has changed with the system, but I am not happy with it. I am having to call almost every day for help to get logged in. Once I do, the new system is not user-friendly.
