If you want to shop online, lucky enough to gain early access, use your points, or use your coupons in store. Only draw back is it randomly logs you out, usually at the worse time, and it errors out. Was making an online order when my card declined. I saw it as a silly mistake, maybe I hit the wrong letter or number… BUT NO, it just kept declining whether it be because my address wasn’t in the USA(WHICH IT IS) or another error (which it didn’t tell me).I tried PayPal as well. That didn’t work either. UNTIL FINALLY IT WORKED. The app makes it pretty difficult to order the good stuff. I shouldn’t go through loops when placing an order as that should be the easiest part. When I got the first email the link goes to a page that doesn’t exist. Then they sent a second email saying just sign in and the reward should be there. I go to sign in and it shows (0) under rewards. Even downloaded the JD app since I signed up under Finish Line and nothing. This is the problem with acquisitions - if you don’t have things like this figured out before it gets uglier after. Don’t advertise what you can’t deliver. It’s a quick way to lose a customer. Additionally the website is a train wreck. Do you not do UA testing? You go to tap on the size chart and you get a line on the screen - nothing else.
