This company is an absolute SCAM when it comes to ECS cancellation. I have been chasing them for TWO MONTHS to cancel my ECS, and yet, they continue to deduct money from my account without my consent. Their customer support is beyond pathetic – repeated calls, emails, and complaints are completely ignored. They keep making fake promises that “it will be done in 24-48 hours,” but NOTHING happens. Instead, they continue to loot money month after month. Their so-called “executives” are utterly useless, trained only to give scripted replies and waste customers’ time. No matter how many times you escalate, the issue never gets resolved. They are quick to enroll you for ECS but make cancellation nearly impossible—a deliberate scam to squeeze money out of businesses. I have lost thousands of rupees because of this fraud company. Justdial is a nightmare for any business looking for genuine service. Save yourself from this trap and NEVER, EVER sign up for their ECS! If you do, be prepared to fight a losing battle for cancellation while they keep deducting your money indefinitely! AVOID JUSTDIAL AT ALL COSTS – PURE FRAUD! ### 1/5 — Think before considering their service *2025-01-05* I had an extremely disappointing experience with Justdial's service, and I feel it’s important to share my concerns. When I first signed up, the Justdial executive promised to provide a steady stream of business leads, which was the main reason I decided to go ahead with their service. The pitch sounded great, and I was assured that I’d see tangible results soon. Unfortunately, that never happened. Despite multiple requests for business leads, I received little to no meaningful contacts. When I reached out to the executive for help, they promised to resolve the issue by sending a representative to visit my business and address the problem. However, no one showed up, and my follow-ups were either ignored or met with vague excuses. To make matters worse, I was initially told that the deposit I had paid would be refunded if I was unsatisfied with the service. However, when I finally decided to cancel the service due to its ineffectiveness, I was informed that the deposit was non-refundable—this was completely contrary to what had been promised at the outset. This kind of misleading communication and lack of follow-through has left me frustrated and dissatisfied. It’s incredibly disappointing when a company fails to deliver on its promises, both in terms of service and transparency. Once i made advance payment, both of them stopped taking calls and being not supportive. This platform is not recommended as their quality of services is very poor ### 1/5 — Justdial makes money from businessman but doesnt provide business *2024-12-19, version 13.4* Dont ever purchase any packages from justdial. This company is totally in loss thats why they beg businessman to register their business and purchase the plan so they can run justdial. They have a scammer team who calls you and act like they are genuine clients but they just keep wasting your time and after months also you wont get any genuine client. And once you register you can remove your business from JD as well. Pathetic company, even though you buy the plan they still gonna call you without knowing you purchased the plan and when you ask people to not to call again still they call everyday. I am gonna escalate this to social medias now. If anyone reading this review please do the same and lets shut down this scam company ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2024-11-28* I purchased your premium package for my business, Apnaa Brand, with the assurance that I would secure the top position for my selected keywords within specific pincodes. However, for the past 3–4 days, I have not received a single lead from your platform. Upon checking the selected keywords, I noticed that my profile is no longer appearing in the promised top position. This is highly disappointing and unacceptable. I invested in your service based on the guarantees provided by your team, but it seems those promises are not being honored. I expect transparency and accountability, especially after trusting Justdial with my business visibility and paying a premium for it. I demand an immediate review of my account and a detailed explanation of why my business is not performing as per the agreed terms. A salesman visited my shop, claiming to be a manager with 8 years of experience at Justdial. He convinced me to buy a 3-month Banner Ads package, promising me that with Justdial's extensive customer base of over 40 lakh users, I would receive numerous calls and generate significant business. Trusting his words, I spent around ₹16,000 on the package. However, in the first month, I received only five calls, all of which turned out to be fake or fraudulent. I immediately contacted customer care to raise my concerns, but they responded by saying that banner ads don't guarantee customer calls. Instead of addressing my issue, they tried to sell me another package, promising more calls. This response shattered my trust in Justdial. In the second month, I received just six calls, all of which were from outside my service area. Despite spending ₹16,000, I received only 12 calls in total over two months, none of which were valuable to my business. Frustrated and disappointed, I decided to stop my services with Justdial by the third month, effectively giving them a "free gift" of my hard-earned money. This has been an extremely bad experience, and I regret ever choosing Justdial. I lost my money and gained nothing from their service. They are good until they take the money from you guys, and after taking the money, they will forget about us. I have been taken an offer for one year in which two years will be free, of getting clients to my business as I registered myself in Just Dial and paid 89,000 to register myself in Just Dial. Everything was fine as days were going. I stopped getting Leads when I complained about it to the Just Dial. They just gave fake promises by saying that they will call back or they will help us out in sorting everything, but I still didn’t receive a call or anything, even though I give them a reminder call each and every day. It’s just waste of money. I kindly request everyone not to register with Just Dial. In fact, you can do your own business slowly, then registering with this Just Dial and wasting your money in it. ### 1/5 — Honest feedback from a paid customer *2024-05-24, version 12.7* I am writing this review after using the paid service of just dial for three months. The leads that they are providing me are completely irrelevant and the leads are coming from out of state, Although I have bought the state package, the relationship manager doesn't even care after closing the lead from me. I am closing the the auto renewal package as I will never ever renew this package again. I raised the tickets regarding irrelevant leads for more than 10 times and the customer service. Haven't resolved it yet, I'll recommend everyone to use the free service only as the paid service is not worth it. Even after continuous complaints the customer care is just calling to listen to the queries again and again but not solving the issues. Pathetic service ever.
