I have used this app for over a year and it has always worked great until now. I can still log into the app and see my schedule but I can’t request time off. When I click on the tab nothing shows up. I’ve done everything I can think of to try to fix it but to no avail. My boss has been very understanding and has been allowing me to directly request time off but it’s hard for me to run into him at work. What is the point of this app if I can’t request time off? My schedule is posted at work so I can just get it from there. I haven’t seen anything suggesting a bug fix either. I’m now updating my review to be 1 star. Since the new Apple update I can log into the app and only see blank screens for every option except settings. I’ve cleared the cache both in the app and through settings. I was told an update was supposed to happen a month ago but it never did. I’m thoroughly disappointed in the lack of care the developers have for maintaining the app on this AppStore, yet they seem to be maintaining their Android version just fine. It says “Customer ID not found” and I’ve tried deleting and redownloading and there’s literally nothing I can do. But this app helps me as an employee find the shifts that I have and the hours I’ve worked among many other things. Very easy to use and simple to log in to. ### 5/5 — App works! *2018-09-26* I’ve heard iPhone 10 or iOS 11.x hasn’t worked for some people but it’s working for me. Only thing I wish I could do was change my password from the app. I have to change it via web browser. If people are having issues with the app, try to clear cache by clicking the gear option. This has worked for me. I wish it had badge notification as well.
