Tried twice to sign up for jda rewards app on iPhone 8. Wouldn’t accept my password and the offered strong password by iPhone didn’t work either. Frustrating

The account creation screen goes black, and unable to be recovered every time I enter a birth date. Tried in various orders of filling out fields, still nothing

Staying at a venue for a week.  Third night in and no barcode.  Plus not one “discount” applied to my meals despite staff “bringing up my membership”.  I don’t need the 5 bucks each time but then again, why promise and then not deliver.
