So stupid **Developer response:** Hi. We apologize you are having issues logging into your account. Logins to the JEA.com website will not provide access to your JEA MyWay prepay account in the mobile app. A JEA MyWay mobile app login is required to access the app. If you have not yet registered for the mobile app login, you can do so from the startup screen in the mobile app. ### 1/5 — Even though you put in the correct information, it is wrong 100% of the time *2024-10-31* You would figure the electrical company that owns this app would make it easier for users to use the service. However, that is not the case I entered my account number and my meter number and it said it was wrong every time, even though I’m looking at the bill right in front of my face. But then when you call the number and ask you to call who in their right mind wants to wait over an hour every day just to talk to somebody about why they can’t connect their account to an app on their phone to make everything easier. Save your time do not download this app. They do not answer your call and your login information is going to be wrong every time even though you put it in correctly. **Developer response:** Hi. Uninstalled *2024-08-01* I use the same login credentials as the site and it gives me the invalid email and password message. Seriously, this app has been live for over 4+years and you still haven’t fixed this with all 1 star reviews? Come on. What the debugging process over there?
