You may have they just always say to help you and whatever they can I do appreciate their knowledge with them, your kindness and their professionalism and handle situations of my own thank you JDCU for having me be a part of your family ### 2/5 — A Good Start, but Flow is Broken *2025-01-05, version 4014.1.3* JDCU has put the convenience of mobile banking as the main and most desirable feature of their mobile app. It’s a compelling argument for use of the app over just using the web site with a mobile browser, but lack of flow testing has made this customer uncertain if transactions have entirely completed. One issue was that during a mobile deposit submission, the mobile deposit agreement appeared. Closing this message left the submit button slightly faded and unable to be tapped, and attempting to deposit the same check results in a “suspected duplicate.” There’s no clear indication of what state the transaction is in. Meanwhile, all exits from a deposit result in a “Hang tight” redirection which never concludes. More testing should be done to ensure the user gets to an unambiguous message about the state of mobile deposit transactions so that this feature is not only useful but trustworthy and does not cause doubt or frustration. ### 5/5 — Extremely empathetic and helping *2024-11-28, version 4014.1.3* On June first of this year I lost my wife. Upon her death I had to manage her financial obligations and her deferred accounts. Notice of glitch has been posted for months by bank on app. Bank customer service states that updates have been made that are not fixing for all customers. Not true at all! Just look at app- it hasn’t actually been updated for over 6mths (as I write this). The one negative I have and it is infuriating, I increase my atm limit every month to go one time because I’m disabled and I don’t drive, in the beginning I had no problems it worked every time. However, about 7-8 months ago it hasn’t worked the major the time. I was with TD Bank for so long over 190,000 in the bank. I was making four dollars and interest. Even my CDs were making $16 a month and I’m talking over 80,000 in 1Cd now dean Darc I get so much more money and interest alone is unbelievable. I just opened a CD for $89,000 in two months I’ve made over $500 just an interest unbelievable was with them from the beginning I would’ve had thousands and thousands of extra hours.
