I downloaded this App to play around a bit and make a little text based game, because
I don’t have the ability to frequently access a Computer. My only quarrel with this is that there’s no realtime input like in a desktop IDE, rather, I have to “pre-bake” my inputs before compiling, which renders this App useless for any application of the sort I’m looking for - it’s good though.

..App for simple code snippets.
Ok to learn java, but for further programming,  an actual pc/mac is needed, at the latest when you start using an user Interface.

This compiler is so frustrating to work with. There are also too many pop-up ads..  It can execute a simple Java program, but this app isn't suitable for any serious programming.  It can't read any data from files.  There is an input screen, but it won't allow any interactivity.  It could allow multiple classes, but they must be written in a single page that must include the default main procedure.

It works ok but it doesn’t work off-line, it requires internet to compile so most likely it compiles on a server and outputs the results back to user.
Not recommended.

When I try to run anything with JFrames or JPanels I just get a message saying I need to set an x11 variable. I was hoping you would know how to do that(developer). I will make this review 5 stars if you can figure it out.

I bought it and there is no restore.
I can’t use multi input and calling methods and I can use only one scanner object l otherwise it will give me many errors.
So bad

It does not run like a normal compiler. Gives errors for no reason and can’t even use the same scanner object twice. I have not been able to get more then one input with this crap.

This is the first and likely only review I’ll ever write on the app store. This app had way too many pop-up ads to be legitimately useful.  Adding on, it’s really only useful for simple programs, nothing more complicated than while and for loops. If it wasn’t for the ads, I might have been able to overlook that, but I’ve seen one too many of them. Nothing against ads, but please don’t make them pop-up randomly when I’m in the middle of typing!

Downloaded this to mess around with, and immediately uninstalled when I was hit with a full screen ad while editing code for some random p2w game...no thank you on both accounts. There’s probably a better app like this out there everyone. Use that instead.

This is an awesome compiler and works good and I loved it when I installed it. I understand it can’t have many features as it’s on phone.

But then I wrote a lot of code and it all deleted... 
I was writing it probably for a week and I go on the app and it’s all gone.
It was replaced with my input for some reason..?

Please fix this.

It’s an awesome App. I can really practice Java coding anywhere. I am using my phone and tablet and it is working amazingly.

One great addition could be a browser version of it(Like a chrome extension). So that you can use it even when you’re working in a laptop without installing Java locally.

I very much enjoy using this app for fun and seeing how fast I can rewrite code I’ve already written on my PC. But one thing I found out when doing this is that if I wanted to use a variable for a scanner, I wouldn’t be able to use it again so the script won’t work anymore. I’ve tried changing the variable but it doesn’t seem to work.
