## What is Jeejee?

Jeejee brings three ways of writing together: jot things down in Markdown, typeset beautiful equations and reports in LaTeX, and write by hand with Apple Pencil. Every document is a regular file stored where you choose.

Markdown
• Side-by-side editor and preview that scroll together
• Headings, lists, to-dos, tables, code, quotes and images
• Inline and display math
• One-tap formatting for bold, links, lists and more
• Export to PDF or Markdown

LaTeX
• Built-in typesetting engine compiles to PDF right in the app, no TeX installation needed
• Typesets with XeLaTeX, so Unicode and Chinese text just work
• Recompiles automatically as you edit and keeps errors in the log
• Source and PDF side by side

Handwriting
• Write with Apple Pencil on iPad: pen, highlighter, eraser, lasso and shape recognition
• Blank, ruled, grid and dotted paper with multiple pages
• Turn a PDF into an annotation copy and write directly on your slides, leaving the original untouched
• Export to PDF or one PNG per page

Files
• On device, iCloud Drive and Google Drive (multiple accounts)
• Folder browsing, Recents, Favorites, drag and drop, and undoable trash
• Icon view shows a thumbnail of each document

Made for Apple devices
• Universal for iPhone, iPad and Mac, with multiple windows and keyboard shortcuts on Mac
• Command-plus and minus change text size; pinch to magnify

Privacy
Jeejee has no ads and does not track you. Document contents, file names and accounts are never sent to the developer; only anonymous crash reports and usage statistics are collected to improve the app.
