I am extremely disappointed with the Badge of Honor app and my experience with the program. I was genuinely excited to finally begin my badge journey, especially with America’s 250th anniversary approaching. Unfortunately, that excitement was very short-lived.

The site repeatedly crashed, and I wasn’t even able to claim my first badge. It’s incredibly frustrating to be excited about participating in a program, put in the effort to get started, and immediately run into issues that prevent you from participating at all.

At this point, I’m seriously considering deleting the app and my profile altogether. The last thing I want to do is invest my time and effort into a program only to be let down because the platform can’t reliably support the people who are trying to participate.

I really hope these issues are addressed, because the concept is great, especially with the 250th anniversary, but the experience so far has been extremely disappointing.

I found out about the 250 badges never really wanted badges. But then I was like heck yeah. I have 5 trips planned for other badges but I’m still waiting on one from July. I was going to give it to my combat veteran friend for a thank you gift

While highlighted during the event the issues with the AP, after spending 24 hours just trying to get relived back in. It’s been over a month and half and no one from the page has even emailed me back from my concern. Let alone thinking I had a log in issue that day, I reset my password (despite already logging in the day prior successfully) and it took after the 250 was closed to even get that back. Just about 48 hours later.
