Lost  all past transaction history, can’t view check images and our account numbers changed without any notice… we found out because we started getting calls that our autopays were returned saying our account was closed. 
The previous app was great, this one is so far below the quality of our other banks apps.

Previous banking app was way better this is absolutely garbage that someone made in their basement. When there is a pending deposit I don’t have the option to deposit it early in my account. I can’t unlock or lock my debit card (which saved me numerous times) I can’t even edit or change the name of my account so I can decipher which is which. Horrible app should’ve kept the old version. I love Jeep Country Credit union but this app makes me wanna switch banks because of how horrible it is

This app is useless. Doesn’t update when you spend. No past transactions record. Can’t lock card.

I can’t unlock my card the branches won’t answer the phone I can’t see my true balance this new app is horrible

There is nothing better about this app than there was on the old one. This is trash and whoever thought this was the route they should go, should be fired. This is like an app that someone made practicing to make apps. Garbage

There’s no transaction history showing what your money went to so I don’t have receipts anymore,another thing I don’t like is when I spend money on my account it doesn’t update my available balance. I love the app and I understand it’s new and in progress but those two things are pretty important so I need an update as soon as possible
