### 4/5 — Amy

*2021-06-04, version 2.0.23*

Love my little Renegade. Wish I had the sunroof, a remote tailgate and that the seats folded flat like they did in my Ford eco sport. But I’m truly enjoying a vehicle that I wasn’t sure I even liked the look of. The latitude trim really helps , I think she’s sharp! My first power train❤️.

### 4/5 — Great but with some room to improve

*2021-04-19, version 2.0.21*

I’m thrilled to have this wrangler and would recommend to anyone. One thing is that having a physical key and a push to start has led to me locking myself out. Would prefer physical key + physical start so I wouldn’t lock myself as much.

### 5/5 — App Crashes After 2.0.12 Update

*2020-10-02, version 2.0.13*

Was a good app until the recent 2.0.12 update as the app now crashes after logging in. I’m on iOS 14 and I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled but still the same issue. Please fix!

UPDATE: Jeep updated the app to version 2.0.13 which resolved the crashing issue with iOS 14. Thanks!

### 3/5 — When and if it works, it’s good.

*2020-09-30, version 2.0.12*

The app used to work and although it was a bit clunky, it was ok. However, since the most recent update, the app opens and then immediately shuts itself back down. Over and over it will do this. Cannot get it to open and stay open. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. I have shut my phone down and rebooted it. I have done everything conceivable to resolve the issue on my end with zero luck.

### 5/5 — My Jeep 😍

*2020-08-28, version 2.0.11*

I’m loving it! Reliable and perfect for my get around needs. I would redesign some of the interior features, including access to second row from driver seat, but I previously drove a van and must adjust to this smaller interior. Heck, I’m still loving it!!

### 5/5 — My Grand Cherokee

*2020-05-09, version 2.0.6*

This is my 9 Jeep and I have yet to trade any in with less than 120,000 miles. My 2012 which I just sold had 187,000 miles I replaced it with a 2017 Overland with 35,000. Ive owned it for about 7 weeks and it has been at the dealer for the past 3 weeks with a noise that they can’t find in the engine. They are now waiting for numerous parts to replace in the engine to hopefully eliminate the noise. Though my FCA case rep. Has been great and following up with the dealer I am for the first time of owning Jeeps very disappointed that a $50,000 plus vehicle would have such major problems with so little miles. I do hope that I will not continue with future problems with 2017 Jeep.

### 4/5 — Love my Jeep but...

*2020-03-18, version 2.0.2*

I ordered my Jeep while stationed overseas, it took about a month to get to me when I got back. I had no issues with it until I was coming back from a road trip. From that point on the check engine light and auto start stop feature would come on or not work. This issue later turned into the Jeep starting to have issues. It would crank for several seconds before it would eventually start. I took it into a local dealership several times to figure out the issue. After over three weeks I finally got it back with a new motor. Other than that significant issue the car has been awesome! I really enjoy the features that it has and can’t wait to go off road with hopefully no further issues.

### 4/5 — Broken app

*2020-03-06, version 2.0.2*

Tried to register as a new user and never get an email to continue as a new user. I even deleted and reinstalled the app!

UPDATE: I used a different email address and now I’m signed up! Gmail is blocking Mopars emails. I signed up successfully using Yahoo! on the first attempt.

### 5/5 — 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee

*2020-02-28, version 2.0.2*

I just purchased a new 2020 Jeep from Lee and I have never felt so special as a customer from the entire team that took care of me. Tony was my salesman and he is awesome, Matthew was my finance guy and he was so nice and down to earth. Also there was a gentleman that also helped me but I can’t remember his name but he was so helpful as well. The general manager came out to talk to me as well and was so very personable. The whole team that I came into contact with was fantastic. I know where I will be making future purchases. Lee Jeep rocks!!!

### 5/5 — Jeep renegade

*2020-01-19, version 1.9.8*

We are very happy with our purchase of our Jeep. This is our first one and we are thus far extremely pleased with our decision to buy a Jeep. We have already ordered some specialty extras for it to make it unique to us.

### 3/5 — What if you own more than one Jeep

*2020-01-03, version 1.9.8*

It would be great if the Jeep app would allow you to have more levels nan one vehicle on their app.... you can’t even download a second app. My wife has a Jeep Compass and I have a Wrangler. Come on Jeep, get with the times.... upgrade your app to allow more than one vehicle to be supported.... thank you

### 1/5 — App Closes After Clicking Anything

*2022-02-22, version 2.0.29*

I got my first Jeep this past weekend as was told by the dealership to download this App. The problem is, as soon as it opens and I click on anything, the App closes back to my main screen. Ive restarted my phone, deleted and reinstalled the App and it keeps doing the same thing. Would be helpful if this bug was fixed so I can input my vehicle information and actually utilize the App!! Would love to give a fair review once this is fixed

### 1/5 — Not user friendly

*2021-05-18, version 2.0.22*

I am trying to register in the app. I am unable to use the app as I am not able to register as the owner. I am asked to call in. I called in and had to provide a load of information, then they want me to submit something providing I am the owner. I am having the vehicle serviced at a jeep dealer and cardiac shows I am the user. How bad is the development team if they can’t look at keep dealer records to verify I am the owner. I am sure state records show I am the registered owner as well.

### 1/5 — Feature-poor and Buggy

*2020-10-08, version 2.0.13*

Uconnect and the apps that support the Jeep/Chrysler brands have never been up-to-par. This app lags far behind those of other manufacturers (Check out Subaru’s apps). The connectivity to the vehicle is there, but why is the data always stale? You need to manually refresh and most times it does not work. The wrench icon in the menu bar crashes the app every single time. There is a “0” by the vehicle nickname with no explanation of what that number is or should be. No climate control settings for remote start? C’mon, the tech is there, waiting to be leveraged. The remote services are $200/ year and they don’t do much.

### 1/5 — This app is frustrating!

*2020-07-29, version 2.0.10*

I’ve had nothing but problems with this app from the very beginning. It won’t let me change my password even though it says saved successfully, and the Face ID doesn’t work even when it says it is enabled within the settings. It also doesn’t let me enter maintenance records easily. It says error in saving your record multiple times before it will actually save a record. Severely disappointed in this app. I want to love it, but I just can’t.

### 1/5 — Garbage

*2019-12-08, version 1.9.7*

This app is garbage. Logging in working is spotty, it cannot scan the barcode for the vin number on my 2019 Wrangler, nor will it recognize the vin when it is entered manually.

If you forgot your password, well screw you, it asks for you email address, but never sends the email. You want to register? Well get ready for that same railing, because screw you again, it doesn’t send the email for that either.

One would think for the amount us loyal customer pay for these vehicles (my fourth Wrangler) Jeep could produce a descent app to schedule a fricken oil change.

### 1/5 — Very disappointed

*2019-01-01, version 1.9.0*

$52k Grand Cherokee High Altitude and no hard copy manual. So I download this app and continue as guest because I just want a manual. I select my vehicle and go to the documentation section of the app and I only have two links one that says vehicles older than 2003 have their manuals at some other website and a button for pairing my phone to Uconnect. So I figured maybe it was because I was a guest so I register and add my VIN - manually because scanning wouldn’t work for two reasons: 1) the barcode on my Jeep is way longer than the little window in the windshield and 2) glare and reflections probably would’ve caused issues anyway. Even closed the app and come back in and still no manual listed on the documentation page. Shaking my head right now. This is such a simple concept and app. It’s not like it’s a banking app, e-commerce app etc..., this app is programming 101. Wish I could attach a screenshot to this review.

### 2/5 — No maintenance record

*2022-02-27, version 2.0.30*

App has not updated my maintenance records for over a year. Keeps saying try again later, info unavailable at this time. I cannot enter it manually as it says try again later. What’s the point? I have the app to keep track of maintenance on my Jeep instead of going through the multitude of papers from the dealership. Very dissatisfied

### 2/5 — Always forces a new password after update

*2021-04-19, version 2.0.21*

Don’t know what the heck is going on with this and the My Mopar app but both have Touch ID enabled and after every update it won’t accept the saved password etc auto filled with Touch ID. I have to reset the password every time. It’s insane and an absolute pain in the gluteus Maximus!
Otherwise the apps work fantastic but you lose 3 stars for the ridiculousness....and support has been able to help so there’s that too. 🤦‍♂️

### 2/5 — Still has super-annoying login issues

*2020-09-08, version 2.0.11*

I use this app primarily to look at the owner’s manual, but it won’t show you the owner’s manual unless you’re logged in, but if you’re trying to look at the owner’s manual without being logged in, it shows you the warranty booklet instead of offering to let you log in. HOW IS THIS USEFUL??? And it still frequently forces you to re-log into the app. I don’t use it often but every time I do I find it annoying.

### 3/5 — Love the Jeep but…

*2022-04-03, version 2.0.32*

Took possession of my 2022 Gladiator Rubicon with gorilla glass. It broke while I was sitting parked at the gas station. Chrysler is trying to weasel out of replacing it even though it has a 2 year warranty. They claim it was a rock chip, I had had it for 4 days when it happened and had not been hit by a rock.

Beware of the gorilla glass.

### 5/5 — This app great new app is not

*2022-11-09, version 2.0.35*

Every time I try to add my 2021 Jeep Wrangler Willys Sport to the new Jeep app I get an error message. I add the last 8 vin numbers manually since I do not have a head unit that displays the vin. Also for some reason It has my old Ram 1500 on it that I sold 2 years ago which had uconnect. However I do have this 2021 Jeep Wrangler in the old Jeep App which is great and was able to add it back in December 2021 with no issues. Please advise as to how to clear this up with the new app. Also in the new app make it easy to delete old not owned vehicles. Thank you

### 5/5 — Rocky Mountain “Goat”

*2022-02-02, version 2.0.29*

Having lived in Colorado for over 43 years, I have skied, mountain biked, and back country fly fished since arriving. My first Jeep was the CJ 7 Laredo. Wow, how the years go by. The technology in my Mojave makes it absolutely the best ski truck I have ever owned. The suspension just eats up washboard forest roads in a surprisingly quiet cab. It is unstoppable on snow covered high mountain passes. Need I say more!

### 5/5 — Jeep Wrangler -Diesel

*2021-12-20, version 2.0.28*

I had Addison Duhon at Richardson Jeep dealership in Richardson Texas help me build my own Jeep. I visited with several dealerships looking for my perfect Jeep with no luck. Most wranglers don’t come in diesel. Addison was the only one to suggest building one. He walked me through the process and even kept me updated weekly on the progress. Addison, for me is one reason I’ll buy at Richardson again, the other being my Jeep. It is one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. I love the way it drives and living in the country, it handles the roads confidently. It drives like a dream; I absolutely love it!

### 5/5 — Jeep 392 Hemi is the bomb!!

*2021-09-07, version 2.0.25*

Traded in my 2016 JK that I loved and purchased the baddest Jeep in town. Fast, handles great, well appointed, need not say more. Jeep has outdone itself! Whether it was a push from Ford or something some crazy engineer thought up, it is the BOMB!!!!

### 5/5 — Gladiator

*2021-08-10, version 2.0.24*

The entire experience from the time you walk into the dealership is absolutely stellar. I stopped in to look at new Jeep’s on a Saturday and drove mine home Monday evening.

Ron, Ed the Technology department and Finance Manager were just awesome I’ve never had an experience buying a new vehicle like I did this time!

On Saturday Ron took a test drive with me and then went over details of the vehicle then on Monday when I picked it up Ed spent 20-30 minutes going over the details of the vehicle at delivery, the girl in there technology department had my U-Connect and Sirius radio all set up for me as well and walked me through the registration process.

“Take the time to make a drive to there dealership if your interested in an Great Experience!”

Thank you all!

### 5/5 — My grand Cherokee

*2021-07-15, version 2.0.24*

I been driving a jeep for the past 12 years I love to drive it and I enjoy it every time I drive it
My kids also have two jeeps in there household

### 5/5 — Jeep Windshield

*2021-05-29, version 2.0.23*

The windshield is very thin, a small rock or something hit it and it had a spec. After about a week the window just stretched to a long crack. I wish that Jeep would replace the window with a windshield that’s thicker..

### 5/5 — Jeep Bakersfield

*2021-02-02, version 2.0.18*

I stop shopping for my vehicles a long time ago due to the ridiculous bottom line payments I received from our auto mall here in Bakersfield!! I would take the trip to Valencia to shop!! Recently, I was in the market for a Jeep Grand Cherokee, thinking I’ll check out our mall for my next car to see what their offer would be, I was sure they would give the typical monthly payments well above what I told them was in my range. Purchasing a vehicle is the second biggest investment of tying your money into something for some time, right? Go see these folks and get what you want for what you want!! Don’t waste your time, I’m so glad I check these folks first!! Thank you Jeep of Bakersfield, Pete

### 5/5 — Love my Gladiator BUT-

*2020-12-09, version 2.0.15*

Love my gladiator BUT-
I don’t understand why they would sell a Rubicon model without the navigation system and I was under the impression that they all came with the Rubicon steel bumper. And why did they take away the standard 2 inch lift.

### 5/5 — Always owned a Jeep.

*2020-11-22, version 2.0.15*

Traded my JK for a new JL, 2 door, manual transmission Rubicon. It is a 2019 and I currently have about 22,000 miles on it. Besides the right rear fender falling off very early, I have had no issues. I always get a kick out of the poor ratings that consumer reports does. They cite issues like road noise and stiff ride. I love it all. I do mild trails; nothing crazy anymore. Also just love the fact that I can pull the top off and cruise on a beautiful day and I will always have a smile. The designers took this version to new heights. With the new engine choices and electrical battery I see this JL and JT duo lasting through a strong decade of growth.
