App is bad *2025-02-22, version 5.1.8* The service so far has been good. I've gotten the same driver, and he's been pretty good. But the app is VERY poorly done. For example - enter an address that it finds (jfk terminal 4 departures) - can't move forward with it because it doesn't fill the street address. Or it asks for your flight time for an airport pickup. But then it tells the driver to pick up your car, at your house, at that time, rather than calculating the vehicle pickup time ( or it expects the driver to know to do that). It's also generally clunky - weird handling of scrolling, etc. I'm trying to work with it because I like the idea of the service and it's a need I have, but the app needs a LOT of refinement. ### 5/5 — Jamie *2026-07-19, version 5.4.1* He was the best driver.
