It’s infuriating. I can’t even check my account balance. The Jeff Bank online system is also unfortunately down, so I have no idea what my balances are and if payments are going out on time, etc. I am getting the exact same error message that the other user reported ‘cannot log in at this time, check your credentials’. I’ve been checking daily to see if the bug was corrected, but no change thus far.
