That’s it. It’s not working

### 3/5 — Trouble with login

*2024-04-18, version 10.25.5*

This app isn’t recognizing my username or password even though I just changed it through the app! It’s fine when it works, but this is ridiculous.

### 2/5 — Terrible customer service

*2018-09-24, version 10.6.0*

Great idea, but the customer service is literally a nightmare. Still waiting for my $40 back I shouldn’t have had to pay.

### 5/5 — Awesome app!

*2016-07-20, version 9.1.012*

This app is amazing. I got to see my dermatologist without having to take a day off of work. Highly recommend!!

### 5/5 — Very good app

*2016-07-16, version 9.1.012*

This is a very good app it cuts down on paper work for appointments and it lets you video chat with your doctor or nurse instead of going in to the hospital. I highly recommend!!!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Don’t bother

*2026-07-27, version 10.28.0*

Jefferson Hospital virtual urgent care section on their website clearly states that the urgent care doctors can order bloodwork. I have pretty cut and dry symptoms of something that needs a blood test in the moment to confirm. And the doctor blew me off told me it was perimenopause because his wife has it. When my main symptom is not a per minimal symptom. Don’t waste your time. I’m out $69 almost an hour of my life and I don’t have the script that I need.
And it’s not just this one doctor, I had disappointing calls on this before.

### 1/5 — Errors

*2024-09-24, version 10.25.5*

Two appts made by using my chart and both were cancelled because they were not in Philadelphia I have no option to pick city or state

### 1/5 — Its not responsive

*2024-06-22, version 10.25.5*

If the app direct me to another app like setting i have to go back redo the whole process on the app again over and over

### 1/5 — New update, no changes

*2021-08-20, version 10.17.0*

Still doesn't remember password. Still charges $59 when copay is $5.

### 1/5 — The app quits every time I try to schedule a visit

*2021-01-03, version 10.13.1*

Don’t use it don’t waste your time

### 1/5 — You never connected with me

*2020-09-24, version 10.12.1*

My review of this app s that it it quite Poor. I’ve waited over 20 minutes and no one connected with me please call me back 609 224 6699. Thank you

### 1/5 — Big hassle just for follow up visit

*2020-06-07, version 10.11.0*

Too much trouble getting in to site.,customer service not very helpful. Making contact with Dr. timely . Not much different than phone except added aggravation.

### 1/5 — No point in making an account

*2020-05-21, version 10.10.1*

Downloaded for my grandma to use, the app immediately deleted the account after it was made, tried a different email, same thing happened. Tried to reset password, says the email isn’t connected. Fix please, some people need their prescriptions.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2018-10-24, version 10.6.2*

Don’t waste ur money, all they do is tell u to go to the ER for everything!

### 1/5 — Suggestion

*2018-08-17, version 10.6.0*

In the “My Visits” I have a scheduled visit with my doctor. The reason is:

               “f/u diabetic ck”

Obviously the “f/u” means follow up however there probably could be a better abbreviation. Perhaps it’s just me but when I see “f/u” I think of the f-word.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Excellent app

*2026-05-11, version 10.28.0*

It’s definitely a lifesaver when you aren’t able to go to the ER, your PCP, or urgent care. I’ve had an awesome experience with this service every time I’ve tried it.

### 5/5 — Great!

*2020-12-02, version 10.13.0*

I’ve already used this app a few times this year and the doctors are so helpful each time. This has been a game-changer during Covid and makes me feel so much safer than visiting a doctor’s office and risking virus exposure.

### 5/5 — Highly recommended

*2020-11-11, version 10.13.0*

App works well with no problems thus far. I’ve been using it for a few months while covid has been in full swing. The TeleDoc portion of this app works works great and has minimal wait times. You can view all of your past visits and look at your doctor notes. Downloading the my chart app is very helpful to view all of your test results from bloodwork or procedures done In the past.

### 5/5 — Fractured Sternum

*2020-10-01, version 10.12.1*

Staff acted quickly to advise ER for potential bleed behind sterna fracture

### 5/5 — Highly recommend

*2020-09-16, version 10.12.1*

I used JeffConnect twice this year and I love it! I think it’s great issues of concern and questions. Initially I was like,”How can they check me out over the phone?”... When the doctor popped up on my screen, I felt like we were in the same room. It is a personal experience and she was as able to handle my concerns quick and professional.

### 5/5 — Wonderful

*2020-07-24, version 10.12.0*

So easy to use. And a great way of accessing a physician 24/7.

### 5/5 — Saved me time and money

*2020-01-15, version 10.10.0*

Genius

### 5/5 — Time saving patient based care

*2019-12-03, version 10.9.0*

This app allowed me to see a Dr. without having to take a day off from work or rearrange my busy work/life schedule. I was having some sharp pains in my upper abdomen/lower chest region. I logged on the app filled out my initial intake and was able to see a Dr. within 10mins. The Dr. assessed my symptoms with a few questions and gave me some much needed recourse. Great app that saved me time and money!

### 5/5 — Best experience

*2019-11-09, version 10.9.0*

I highly recommend JeffConnect. Used it in July, explained my symptoms and was diagnosed in minutes. It did help that dr was able to pull up my electronic medical records. Used again last night for another issue and explained symptoms. I already knew what it was and dr agreed after reviewing my EMR. Electronically sent a prescription to cvs and I was able to get that in minutes. Both physicians I interacted with were caring and professional

### 5/5 — Saturday night fever

*2018-03-04, version 10.4.2*

Awesome to be able to see a doctor saturday night without leaving home. Love it.
