Ridiculous app ### 1/5 — worthless *2025-06-07* this silly app just links to their website...why do i need an app that just links to the website that can be found on any web browser on my phone??? utterly ridiculous!!! ### 1/5 — Garbage App *2023-11-30* Don’t bother downloading it. It’s junk, always down, and when it’s up, it never works properly especially its bus tracker . To make matters worse, Jefferson lines could care less. I went to exactly where it was, called customer service three times and was told to wait where I was because the bus was coming. The bus literally drove right past me, and then when I called a new lady told me I was at the wrong place even though I was on the exact pin shown on the app. Wouldn’t refund us and was very rude to me and my mom, not sympathetic at all. And it’s super helpful when I’m on the road and want to check travel alerts or tracking my bus wherever/whenever. If you're going to make one at least have the decency to put some actual effort into maintaining it :/.
