When you are trying to find a trip no matter what days you choose there's no rides available... really? Ridiculous app

this silly app just links to their website...why do i need an app that just links to the website that can be found on any web browser on my phone???

Don’t bother downloading it. It’s junk, always down, and when it’s up, it never works properly especially its bus tracker . To make matters worse, Jefferson lines could care less. Use their official website instead.

Too bad there isn’t a 0 star feature. Bus tracker does not show accurate location. I went to exactly where it was, called customer service three times and was told to wait where I was because the bus was coming. The bus literally drove right past me, and then when I called a new lady told me I was at the wrong place even though I was on the exact pin shown on the app. Wouldn’t refund us and was very rude to me and my mom, not sympathetic at all. I will never ride jefferson lines again.

Only thing I get when I open the app is a note the says Gone Fishing. Would be great if this actually worked.

Won't let me log in to my account, bus tracker map not showing up at all. I’ve been to 3rd world counties where the bus service is better than Jefferson Lines.

Your app works like complete trash. If you're going to make one at least have the decency to put some actual effort into maintaining it :/.  It won't even let me login with my account so you get a zero right off the bat.

Very very frustrating experience. The bus tracker feature did not work, and the app kept crashing as I tried to use it even the find a bus stop feature was a struggle with the app freezing and crashing every few seconds.

Bus tracker doesn’t work properly. Wouldn’t pull up my city. Deleting entry in the departure field took several attempts. Please fix. No confidence in rest of app features.

This app is honestly so easy to use. And it’s super helpful when I’m on the road and want to check travel alerts or tracking my bus wherever/whenever. And the mobile ticket pass is super convenient when I’m on the go.
