I like to pick up large orders for my co-workers, but when I attempt to do catering the app no longer allows me to select anything other than bundles of 3 for all bagels. Since I don’t want extra of certain bagels, it forces me to create multiple orders instead. Otherwise, I love the app. **Developer response:** Thank you for the feedback! We did indeed update the interface although you can still set specific bagel counts for Catering Orders. You just need to use the plus and minus controls if you wish to adjust by one bagel at a time. As the best bagels in Central Florida, I’m excited to be able to easily order ahead and support them directly rather than through DoorDash. I did think it was weird that searching Jeff’s Bagel Run doesn’t pull up the app, but instead the developer. I don't know anyone else that does this, I far prefer ordering in person to just pressing a button on an app. ### 1/5 — It won’t let me login? *2026-04-08* I’ll put the code in and then it says the request timed out. I send a new code to my phone number but now my phone number is blocked due to “unusual activity” because I requested a code like 6 times because it won’t let me login like dang can I get some points or whattt. I have had this weird bug that stops me from logging in to the app which then stops me from the following, scanning for rewards, ordering ahead, using my points. So basically it makes the app unusable. Once in a blue moon where it lets me log in I have zero issues. But it’s the waiting for that to happen that leads me to write this. I just want to order my bagels and get my points growing so I can order more and more bagels. ### 2/5 — Nice interface but… *2025-01-19* The employees don’t seem to be familiar with the interface. My order was supposed to be ready for pickup five minutes after I ordered. I watched customers order at the counter, pick up orders and leave before my ticket ever appeared for processing. As far as I can see no stores in charlotte are accepting orders on the app. Bagels are great.
