### 4/5 — Solid App

*2026-08-24, version 17.1.1*

Library is good, UI is intuitive, customization options are good, price point is good. Devs need to add an option to pause a workout.

### 4/5 — Good but needs fixes

*2026-08-24, version 17.1.1*

Adaptive plan great but needs to have an option to move days around on the fly easier for people with varied schedules. Example drag and drop workout from Monday to Tuesday.

### 3/5 — It’s frustrating

*2026-08-14, version 17.0.18*

I purchased the year-long subscription and have used Jefit for about 3 months. It provides a very loose exercise framework that keeps me going to the gym, but the AI coach is strange — it repeats the same exercises that target specific areas but completely ignores others. For me, it’s arms: It barely adds any arm work and I have to add them in myself. Big oversight by jefit. The interface takes awhile to get used to, and I’m still figuring things out. Not sure I’ll re-up at the end of the year.

### 3/5 — Good not great

*2026-08-09, version 17.0.16*

The weight and rep recommendation doesn’t make sense based on prior week numbers, which is a big reason I purchased the app. They’re missing equipment/exercise as well and adding an exercise is limited. Overall pretty good but I wish I purchased the monthly subscription not annual as I don’t know how long I’ll use the app.

### 4/5 — Wormouts and cooldowns are missing

*2026-08-01, version 17.0.15*

Everything is great. But I’m missing wormouts and cooldows for AI driven workouts. Also, add comparability with Garmin watches and heart straps, pleeaaasssseee!!!

### 4/5 — Long time user of the app

*2026-07-30, version 17.0.15*

Love it but the new adaptive plan is too extreme, recommended jumping from 26kg per dumbbell to 35kg each in a week…pls sort

### 5/5 — The perfect training tracker

*2026-07-27, version 17.0.14*

I’ve been using it for years and it’s great for me.

### 3/5 — Sinking on syncing

*2026-07-26, version 17.0.14*

I have had repeated issues with syncing. My gym has poor WiFi. When I am finished the workout it is supposed to sync. That fails. So when I go home I try everything and can to get my workout to sync so that day’s workout gets added into my history. I’ve tried every suggestion my AI gave me and still no success. Major bummer.

### 4/5 — Good App but needs improvement.

*2026-07-26, version 17.0.14*

I get frustrated when the next time I go to the gym my weights and reps change. My work around is to save my workout out information in my notes where I save my machine settings.

I tried several other online apps similar to Jefit and they were a lot worse, so I’m staying with the devil I know rather than the other ones that have some good features but are worse overall.

### 2/5 — Far from perfect

*2026-07-25, version 17.0.14*

I have been using this app for several months and my verdict is that anyone else who would have been its successive releases would normally not have a job today. There is not A DAY that goes by without having to report a bug, from routines that do not play the appropriate illustrations and videos which CAN be a big deal and is still not fixed to the mix ups of routines from different muscle groups when you try to work solely on a certain muscle group. Before you realize that you are trying to find that one routine in vain, precious time has been lost. I have lost track of the number of times I wrote to support for this or that bug, sometimes even without an acknowledgement. One thing that also bugs me (pun intended) is that there is no clock on the personalized routine. Maybe there is one on the other routines but i don’t know . One final thing, I am not sure that going from dark blue to light blue when you select a muscle group is a wide decision. It is certainly not user friendly when people have a hard time seeing colors. Going from dark blue to white or pink any color that suits your preference would also save time, for those who are keenly time conscious. Barring some changes based on quality than rushing to release a new version without some real quality control I don’t expect to renew my subscription.

### 5/5 — Amazing app

*2026-07-25, version 17.0.14*

Love the ability to customize workouts days and have an extensive array of exercises to choose from. You can customize your rest times and intervals to keep you on track and get a warning when you’re at 5 seconds left

### 2/5 — It’s okay

*2026-07-24, version 17.0.14*

Not the best logging app, but used to be. The AI people don’t help and add a strong sense of uncanny valley when looking at them but in a real world setting, or in a position where you’re trying to compare an actual human body. Honestly if it weren’t for the AI usage I’d probably do 4 stars.

### 2/5 — could be great .

*2026-07-22, version 17.0.14*

doesn’t not synch and support doesn’t respond .shuts down half way thru work out

### 5/5 — Best workout app ever

*2026-07-21, version 17.0.14*

I’ve been using this to track my lifts and measurements and it’s perfect for both

### 3/5 — Frustrating

*2026-07-21, version 17.0.14*

App used to be amazing but it seems every other update they take away a feature to try to make people pay for elite… which is fine for me but a now I can’t even share workout programs without the other person having to get elite to use it

### 5/5 — Great workout tracker

*2026-07-17, version 17.0.14*

Free & Easy to build a workout routine for most people who are new to the gym or been going to the gym for a while but don’t track progress as much.

I’ve been going to the gym for almost 6 years now, and haven’t tracked my progress as much as I should. With this app I’ve noticed actual progress physically & from a weight lifting prospective. Would recommend!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Frustrating

*2026-08-23, version 17.1.1*

I can’t upload my own video, and the exercise drawing isn’t fully visible. If I want to create a custom exercise, I need the option to upload my own video and see the complete exercise illustration. Could you please add this feature

### 1/5 — Frustrating

*2026-08-12, version 17.0.17*

I can’t upload my own video, and the exercise drawing isn’t fully visible. If I want to create a custom exercise, I need the option to upload my own video and see the complete exercise illustration. Could you please add this feature

### 1/5 — Waste of money

*2026-07-23, version 17.0.14*

This app is probably useful for the morbidly obese. Extremely easy workouts are the norm. You may not even break a sweat unless you add something on your own. Also has a substandard exercise base. Save your cash and look elsewhere.

### 1/5 — We see you

*2026-07-16, version 17.0.14*

The app is literally designed to make you frustrated with the free version and they try to upsell you every chance they get. No thanks.

### 1/5 — Too many pop-ups. STOP IT

*2026-07-05, version 17.0.13*

The app shows way too many pop-ups before you can actually start to work out, please stop it, it is freaking annoying

### 1/5 — Bad customer service - better/cheaper apps out there

*2026-07-04, version 17.0.13*

This app has some good features, but nothing you can’t find elsewhere. At $70/year, you can find better and cheaper apps. What sealed the deal to cancel the subscription was pretty poor — and snarky — customer service when I was trying to export some data.

### 1/5 — Doesn’t even let me into the app

*2026-06-24, version 17.0.10*

I signed up and filled out the questionnaire and it couldn’t make a plan for me. But the catch is, I don’t need a plan! I already have my workouts I just wanted to track them.

### 1/5 — Apple sign in doesnt work

*2026-06-24, version 17.0.10*

All my plans disappeared after vacation

### 1/5 — New update breaks app

*2026-06-03, version 17.0.7*

Daily user for over 10 years. The latest update may have broken the app for good with the insanely large timer bar that obfuscates your ability to swipe btwn exercises. At least give users who use audio signals btwn sets the ability to toggle off that dumb green timer bar that keeps breaking everything

### 1/5 — You really deserve a bad review

*2026-06-01, version 17.0.7*

I have been using your app for over 10 years and you can never the UI changes right. Stop introducing half tested. Keep the UI as it is just f fix bugs!!

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2026-08-23, version 17.1.1*

Excellent app great work

### 5/5 — Love it!!

*2026-08-23, version 17.1.1*

Amazing way to track and progress your workouts!

### 5/5 — The best fitness app available!!!

*2026-08-20, version 17.0.18*

I've used this app for the past two years and I love it. My routines have not been the same once I started using it. It is very simple to use and it helps me track my progress and it keeps me honest to my goals ;)~ When I'm stuck, bored with my routine or out of workout ideas all it takes is a quick review of any muscle group and is all there, the creative juices start flowing.

I especially like the new updates. I find them very easy to use. It did take for me to review, read and understand, duh. But after reviewing it and playing with it, it all made sense. I just wished exercises were aligned by machine. I.e. the one leg extension should be next to the two leg program. Scrolling to find the right machine is sometimes time consuming and at the gym every minute counts, we hate losing momentum!

### 5/5 — A great free workout tracker

*2026-08-19, version 17.0.18*

This app has no ads, is completely free to use without a subscription, and is a great way to log your workouts and progressively add on more weight overtime. It’s also great to see what muscles you’re hitting and how your body. It’s a solid app!

### 5/5 — Fun app!

*2026-08-17, version 17.0.18*

I’m enjoying JeFit so far, it’s nice to have workouts set up for me so I don’t have to decide what to do but I can swap things out if I want to try something different. Also I like how it calculates progressions and has a four week cycle. I do wish I could swap the days around, like if I could make day 1 legs instead of the way it is set up. This is because I do a long run on Saturday and I don’t want to do legs the day before. But that’s minor, I can just start with day 3 and work back ways through the week. So far so good….

### 5/5 — Newbie

*2026-08-13, version 17.0.17*

I love this app, it keeps me accountable every morning to do my workout.

### 5/5 — Jefit

*2026-08-05, version 17.0.15*

I have been with Jefit for many years . The Elite subscription is worth purchasing . I have been Elite for a long time the Legacy pricing means it will not increase . (This may have changed over time ) I have tried other apps but for price exercise Library and the ability to swap exercises . Jefit can’t be beaten .

### 5/5 — Top Notch PT App

*2026-08-04, version 17.0.15*

Love this app for many years now. This has kept me on a path of self motivation to obtain any physical condition that I desire. With discipline and consistency this app will guide you to your fitness goals. 100 facts!!!!!

### 5/5 — Mehmet

*2026-08-04, version 17.0.15*

Great app. Tried many different apps, but none of them is as good as this app. Very easy to use and very good for keeping track of your workouts.

### 5/5 — Great lifting app

*2026-07-27, version 17.0.14*

This is a great weight lifting app for beginners or more experienced people. Using JEFIT has kept me on track for a solid 6 weeks so far. I would recommend it to everyone.
