I love how Easy is to use ! Jorge is on another level! Unlike other coaches, he doesn’t just focus on the workouts , he also guide you with nutrition and mindset so everything works together. The training is personalized, the nutrition Plan is practical, and the results speak for themselves. I’ve had other trainers before, but none compare to the support, knowledge, and motivation I get here. After paying, I was told there would be a follow up call before beginning the program he put together to discuss the personalized plan along with my food intake, recommended supplements, and an overall plan tailored to my needs. But I never received that follow-up call. Instead, I was sent the same workout plan as one of my gym friends I see, with the same day-to-day schedule! We have different body types and lifestyles, his plans are not personalized. Due to the lack of guidance, correspondence and the identical plan I received, I inquired about the possibility of cancelling. They agreed to cancel, but I did not receive a full refund — a significant portion was deducted. Additionally, I did not receive any one-on-one training or guidance, and Jorge was unavailable to answer my calls, questions or be there as a coach. Once he received my payment, he went MIA.
