## What is Jelga Game?

"Jelga" was a popular game with kids in Iraq and other middle eastern countries.

Jelga rules are to tic tac toa: each player need to make a line either horizontally, vertically or diagonally with limited number of pieces each. 
Unlike tic tac tao there must be one winner.
In this game you can either play against a friend locally or against AI of 3 difficulties.
