If you forget your password on here then you ain’t getting back in ! Sends a code to your email address but no link into where to put this code to reset password! And you can’t contact customer service if your not logged into your account 😡

Please update Jelly Tracker to the newest version and try resetting your password again. We understand how frustrating it is to be unable to access your subscription.

Barely functional without paying their premium subscription fee. Don’t bother downloading if you don’t intend to pay. You can favorite ONE item as of right now.

**Developer response:** We hear you, and we totally understand the frustration. As a small team, providing this service involves significant server and data costs. To keep the lights on, we have to limit the free slots for now.

To be transparent, over 95% of our users are currently using the free service, and they still receive real-time restock alerts successfully.

We suggest using that one slot for your absolute favorite one! As we grow and reach a better balance between costs and revenue, we plan to add more slots for free users and even cooler features for our subscribers. Thanks for sticking with us!

It saves so much time and therefore money in buying from marketplace when you can pick up even the smallest restock this alert system is effective has interesting sales data, and works very well

Really like this app and has so far proved accurate. It will however, only allow me to monitor one item at a time now there a fix for this please? Has 0/1 in monitoring then when I add to wish list it has 1/1. Thanks
