No response. They have no phone number and no email. They have no means to communicate other than this app and they won’t answer anything. They just add fees and extra charges repeatedly loading up what they say you owe them. If they aren’t a scam, they are knowingly hurting and abusing families while eliminating any form of recourse or communication and they make no effort to do anything other than take your money and take as much as possible. So calling it an app is a stretch. It has poor UX so finding stuff is hard. Also, they bundled the property notices in with our HOA, so you have idiots driving around writing up bogus property notices. It’s frustrating to say the least.
