It doesn't work. I can't even get in. They charge so much money I don't see changes. If I knew that this association was going, I would not buy the house.😣 ### 1/5 — Can’t login *2022-12-17, version 7.2.2* Haven’t been able to login for over a year now. I reset my password and it still tells me invalid password. No way to contact anybody. ### 1/5 — Does anybody work there *2022-12-09, version 7.2.2* No way to contact anyone - I need my account number to register on the app. No way to contact anyone on the app without registering. They don’t have a website to log into or try to find an account number. They have an online chat where I’ve had an open session for about 12 hours and nobody responds. How about a way to contact someone.. that would be great. I’m wasting my time. ### 1/5 — Can’t even register my account. *2022-06-15, version 1.1.4* When you try to register and put in your account number, it will prefill all of your contact info. Great, right? Nope, no matter what you do afterwards, the register button won’t work. Need help? No contact info. Want to call? You get a recorded message saying to use the app. It’s a downward spiral of HOA sadness that never ends. ### 1/5 — Awful *2022-03-08, version 1.1.4* This app is awful. The worst HOA design I’ve ever had to deal with. Can’t talk to anyone, the messaging feature is garbage. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Scam or just a horrible company? *2026-03-27, version 10.0* So far I have sent over 60 messages through the message center. No response. They have no phone number and no email. They have no means to communicate other than this app and they won’t answer anything. They just add fees and extra charges repeatedly loading up what they say you owe them. If they aren’t a scam, they are knowingly hurting and abusing families while eliminating any form of recourse or communication and they make no effort to do anything other than take your money and take as much as possible. Then I go to register with my email address and it says that I am already registered and to click the forgot password button. It’s a frustrating loop and there is no tech support to be found. ### 1/5 — This app is trash *2024-10-16, version 8.4* The JellyBird “app” is really just a wrapper for their mobile web site. So calling it an app is a stretch. It has poor UX so finding stuff is hard. Also, they bundled the property notices in with our HOA, so you have idiots driving around writing up bogus property notices. It’s frustrating to say the least.
