However, the app functions about as well as if my kids made it. The office pushes us to use the app. The app has a list of activities. The descriptions are vague and worse, they’re incorrect. They do not reflect what the campground has planed. To know that, you have to go to the rec hall to get a list of activities. You still can’t get a printout. The best you can do is take a picture. We called the number listed on the app because we wanted to know if Lasertag was cancelled during a thunderstorm. The phone number listed on the app is out of service. And, the app, while I see lightning and hear thunder, says the event is still in 15 minutes. Either drastically improve the app or provide guests paper options. In the world of AI, it’s inexcusable to have an app that functions this poorly. ### 1/5 — App is cool… the park…. *2024-09-01, version 1.1.5* Don’t bring any kids under 6 here, it’s like an adderall fever dream. Everyone is loud… there is no peace to be found. If you have ADD kids this is the place, if you want peace and quiet honestly your gonna have a rough time. ### 1/5 — No Sites Available on App but is on computer *2024-07-05, version 1.1.5* Something is wrong with the app as when I try to book like I always have it says no sites available but if I go online on a computer I can see all the open sites and book. ### 1/5 — The app seems like it was made 20 years ago… *2023-07-13, version 1.1.5* The app functions are 1 star. You can’t zoom in on the map with the tiny print, you can’t click on the phone number to call what time the pool or mini golf closes or how much it is to do an activity. It just shows a $ sign to represent it costs money. Then you actually find out what time the pool for example closes, which is 5pm during the weekdays, and realize oh hey, we need to do something else for the next 4 hours before the sun sets while it’s 95 deg. outside. Please get a better app developer to remake this app and also put some valuable information in it for your guests. ### 1/5 — Information is not up to date *2022-06-25, version 1.1.4* Do not rely on the app for the list of activities or alerts for the JellystonePark in Larkspur, they’re not listed. One place had loads of information like maps activities store hours etc.. Chincoteague VA for example, has NOTHING. I was thinking about our next trip and thought that would be a cool place to visit. The app is no help at all. There is NO INFORMATION about that campground. I’m giving 4 stars because my family might have to stop going because the prices are getting SO HIGH! I really wanna keep going. Please lower the prices just a little bit so A. We can keep going and enjoying ourselves, and B. so you don’t go bankrupt. Thanks! Please be cheaper! 😭 ### 4/5 — Nice App *2022-07-18, version 1.1.4* To start off, My family and I love to visit JellyStone so much. It is an annual event/trip for us in the summer. We brought our family members last year and it was amazing. More amazing with this app. It helps us scout out all of our favorite activities and the times of them too. We have so many arts and crafts in our house because of this app. It also helps us with food situations. 8 kids in our family makes it difficult to do stuff but not when you have this app. So many stuff that you probably didn’t know about is right on the app. There aren’t many troubles or request except this app would be so much better if they could show the maps of all the stops and shops around the resort. But anyways, about food, this app tells you basically all you need to do to have a good dinner and know how far it is our what time it opens and closes. To review, this app makes everyone’s lives better. I’ve been going to them since I was a kid. So it’s a joy to bring my own kids. Please make the map function in each of the parks capable of zooming in and out. I want to be able to click on the map, then zoom in to the different sites, places, or recreational areas. I feel this is a no brainer. I had to screen shot my phone and view in photos to be able to do that.
