Haven’t run into any bugs yet. ### 1/5 — Where’s the transaction info? *2026-01-01, version 1.7.5* Every transaction is ACH Withdrawal or Deposit, it’s a mystery what every transaction is, the app is useless until you add this. ### 1/5 — ERROR ERROR ERROR *2025-12-27, version 1.7.5* This app used to work for me. But now, everytime I go into the app to check my account, I keep getting an error message, saying my credentials are invalid. But when I go on the site, my same credentials work. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled this app so many times and it keeps giving the same result. ### 3/5 — Not for iPad *2025-12-08, version 1.7.1* App is Good for phone, no landscape orientation for iPad (which is my preferred device) ### 1/5 — 🚫Horrible Bank🚫 *2025-11-20, version 1.7.1* Recommend Zynlo or OpenBank or NewTek bank instead if looking for reliable high APY account. Most of this banks customer service team is awful, lazy, not knowledgeable and lacks basic customer service skills. To get even just a basic question answered they often first give out wrong information or refuse to help. I had to ask details about a deposit and timeline for when it would finalize, they said they don’t have access to see any information on any deposit details. Which makes no sense since they are the bank in which transaction happened. Spent 15 min with the rep refusing to do their job. Asked for supervisor who answered question correctly with needed info within 2 min. Deposits take forever to clear often times with this bank. And they use high interest rate to get customers in the door then lower rate immediately after. Awful bank. Transferring to another bank immediately and closing account. ### 1/5 — ⚠️Don’t get this bank *2025-11-06, version 1.7.1* I open this savings account to starting billing my savings. Thinking with this being a new online bank it would be a great start. Got threw application process which was easy but still had to wait a day or two before account was officially opened. Got email it was opened sent up account then link external account which was another process to be approved another 3 days. Finally got it approved then when tried logging in next day account was locked. Call customer service she said she would have to put a ticket in it’s under investigation which idk why cause it clearly shows my name on account. She told me they would reach out to me. Week later I get a email saying account was closed. No call no reason why what a waste of time. And glad I didn’t put money on this bank it’s a hassle before u even do. ### 5/5 — Great App *2025-09-20, version 1.6.8* I’ve been using Jenius bank for over a year . They really improve the app constantly and I always find what I want very seamlessly, I have a savings account and the navigation is easy and the transactions are clear and in order . No problems and very functional ### 2/5 — Login freezes my IPad *2025-06-20, version 1.5.6* Love the Bank. The app works fine on my iPhone. However, when I start it on my IPad, the screen orientation switches and in 2 out of 3 times during a login attempt with Face ID, my iPad completely freezes. Not even the long button press to power down the IPad works. Hope to get someone’s attention from Jenius here.
