Now, when i write this comment, the big still happening and i can’t do transaction. I’d really appreciate if u fix it quickly. Thank u. ### 2/5 — Made an account but can’t login through the app. *2024-05-30* I made an account to open a high yield savings, but when I downloaded the app it required that I check off the box stating that I am not from America. I was allowed to make an account using an American address on the website, so why would I not be allowed to use the app?? Is this not the same Jenius bank that offers high yield savings or are you guys just not usable in America? ### 3/5 — Confused *2024-05-01, version 3.59.2* I usually log in to check my account using a browser which requires me to enter my USERNAME and pw. When I tried to use the app it’s asking for EMAIL ADDRESS (and password). I have not been successful in logging in using the app. ### 2/5 — Stop the mandatory updates *2023-12-29* Some of use only use the app once a month to check balances and don’t really care about the extra bloating features. Stop requiring us with the mandatory update after update after update. Each update also bring more pop up advertisements. So annoying keep it simple - simple is better! **Developer response:** Hi. Untuk liat saldo saja saat sudah login harus pencet icon mata, come on..udah login masih harus hassel lagi?? 2. Ga ada lagi slider untuk transfer antar akun dan cenderung saldo balance ga keliatan langsung jadi harus scroll2 ke atas..bas user friendly Buatlah tampilang yg intuitive dan lebih mudah dilihat dalam satu screen tanpa harus scrolling itu jauh lebih baik daripada keliatan modern tapi ga friendly sama sekali.
