Für mich leider nicht zu gebrauchen. Die Belege werden nicht an die Seitengröße angepasst sondern abgeschnitten. Somit nicht zur Kostenerstattung geeignet. When exporting the data to an excel sheet, the category column is in French! Why?! And there is no way to change in the app. 2. Needs to have bulk upload of receipts. Right now, if you have a bunch of receipts, it’s time consuming to upload one receipt at a time. 3. The app is supposed to be using AI but it doesn’t seem like it. If I edit a receipt and insert the Seller or any other field, the next time I upload a receipt from the same seller, I have to fill out all the info again.The app has a hard time recognizing dates on the receipt also. ### 5/5 — Parfaite 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 !! *2024-11-13* L’application qu’il me fallait ! Well done to the developers 5 stars. ### 3/5 — Bien mais quelques lacunes dommage *2024-08-17* L’application est bien, mais il y a quelques lacunes comme, les PDF d’export mériteraient d’avoir une présentation un peu plus professionnelle avec le nom de la société et autres. Les indemnité kilométrique ne sont pas très bien présente également et mériterai d’etre toutes réuni sous un tableau plutôt que sur plusieurs page.. Il est également vraiment dommage que les indemnités kilométriques ne soient pas au point. En effet, pour un véhicule de 5 CV, le barème est de 0,636 €/km jusqu’à 5000 km, puis de 0,357 €/km au-delà. Cependant, le changement ne s’opère pas et reste à 0,636 €/km même après 5000 km parcourus avec le véhicule. ### 5/5 — Best business spending app *2024-07-12, version 4.8.6* Very useful to track your business spending during travel ### 5/5 — Incroyablement friendly *2024-06-21* J’utilise cette apps depuis 1 an pour une petite société. Elle est intuitive et facilite tous les petits tracas de la comptabilité des notes de frais. Bravo. Je la recommande vivement à tous ceux qui veulent gagner du temps et mieux organiser leurs finances. Merci infiniment au créateur de cette application qui facilite vraiment la vie des professionnels comme moi ! J’avais déjà laissé un avis très positif l’an dernier en expliquant que j’utilisais Jenji depuis deux ans et que j’en étais très satisfait. Un an plus tard, après trois ans d’utilisation, je maintiens totalement ce que j’avais dit. Quelques propositions: 1/ pouvoir trier par date d’achat ou d’utilisation (transport) 2/ pouvoir affecter les factures à un client (quand on refacture les frais) avec une extraction par clients. 3/pouvoir remplacer le logo Jenji par le logo de notre entreprise (payant? Pour les indépendants) 4/ pour la version payante avec coffre numérique, détailler le mode de fonctionnement dans la durée… si je paie aujourd’hui, je dois payer pendant 10 ans le stockage (archive fiscale)?
