Asking for too much data and personal information.

Jenna uses read-only access, which means we can securely view transaction data to provide insights, but we cannot move money, make transactions, or change your accounts. ### 3/5 — Cannot delete account

Tried the app and it seemed nice, but realized it wasn’t as accurate and didn’t take enough of my transactions to get an accurate picture (said my budget was 5k this month, which is a bit insane). It also didnt consider savings / investments well. Then the kicker was when I tried to delete my account, the bottom sheet that came up asking if I wanted to delete my account CUT OFF the bottom buttons. So it was just text and I couldn’t do any actions other than pressing the top right close button. I noticed a lot of the other bottom sheets are similarly cutting off the buttons too. Pls fix!

Since your review, we’ve fixed the issue with the account deletion flow, and you can now delete your account directly from the Account tab. We’ve also made several improvements to transaction syncing and overall accuracy. If you’re ever open to giving Jenna another try, we’d love to hear what you think. When I say this is the best app. I’m not bluffing. Not I’m not paid to say this. This is the best app I’ve ever used. I have saved over 6 grand in the past 7 months and this app is amazing
