Actually had two years of no use when I was traveling and searching for medical care for my wife. It has not worked for the past 6 months and the part is allegedly on back order. The delivery date is constantly set back and now I am told there is no ETA. I have been caring for a very sick wife for years and have no oven for meal prep. We thought we were buying a high end appliance and all we have is non-functioning junk in our wall. I have had to work hard to not add expletives to this review. I am extremely unhappy and angry. **Developer response:** Hi, we won't accept anything less than perfection and neither should you. Our hours of operation are from 8 am - 6 pm EST Monday - Friday ### 1/5 — Not backwards compatible *2026-07-28, version 6.0.1* Wasted an hour today trying to connect my Jenn Air dishwasher to wi-fi with this app. Finally contacted support who informed me they have abandoned support for dishwashers, but are “working hard on future updates” that may support older models. Biggest problem is that the connect workflow, and online guidance, leads you to believe it is possible. A simple error message like “your dishwasher is not supported” would have saved much headache. ### 4/5 — Wifi *2026-06-26* At first, I thought I would never use the wifi option. Boy was I wrong! I don’t use it everyday but it’s the little recipes that I love it for. Today I’m making Pavlova for the second time and it’s a great feature for this. I can put it, bake for 2 hours and leave to cool over night and the oven turns off on its own! I also love many other features and the look. It takes getting used to that there’s no screen display, so that’s why I gave it four stars. Otherwise it’s great and good value. ### 1/5 — Why is this app so terrible? *2026-06-25, version 6.0.0* Always logs me out, doesn’t remember the password, latest update is just so ugly, why is this app so terrible? And what’s impressive is that the latest update (July 2026) is even WORSE than the old app! ### 1/5 — New update broke dishwasher connection *2026-06-15, version 6.0.0* Dishwasher show blank page for device details and no longer in the add new device page. Please be responsible for the devices you are selling and the software! ### 2/5 — Lost ability to manage dishwasher *2026-06-13, version 6.0.0* The new update broke the connection to my dishwasher. Other appliances are still able to be managed, but the dishwasher, which shows in the app, has no functions available. ### 1/5 — Unable to manage devices anymore! *2026-06-12, version 6.0.0* One of the recent updates seems to have removed some devices from being managed anymore and now the app is totally useless to me!! I have a few JennAir appliances which are just 5 yrs old, so surprised/frustrated that they are no longer manageable! Looking for a way to rollback to a prior version to see if I can restore management that way. Very poor technology roadmap! ### 1/5 — Very Poor App *2026-06-12* Every week I get disconnected from this stove and it takes several tries to restore the connection. Sometimes I just give up. I split the home network to include a 2.4GHz network. The router is literally on the other side of the stove.
