I try to use their app when they have a coupon special I want to redeem

NOT EASY nor intuitive. I have to clip the coupon and follow up with more hard to remember steps.
    I get to check out and there is a big delay becuz half of their clerks do not know how to use the app either
Very BAD design.  Fix:  It should be one click on app. Easy and Done!!

This app DOES NOT work!! I have deleted and reinstalled MANY times since 01/02/20. 
Never allows me to clip coupons and does not  bring up a bar code to be scanned. This is a source of frustration for your customers. Your competitions deals and coupons work fine. Even the ones that Jerry’s owns!!
